ABOUT THE SHOW
After the successful organizing of the first and the second and
third international
Iran Kish Air Shows , the Kish Trade Promotion Center fully supported by
Kish Free Zone Organization intends to hold the fourth edition of the said
exhibition with cooperation of the Civil Aviation Organization of the
Islamic Republic of Iran (CAO-IRI) from 28 to 31 October 2008 in
Kish Island.
A large number of domestic companies active in the aviation , aerospace ,
airlines and the other related industries , manufacturers, research
institutes and universities as well as foreign companies took part at the
two held Iran Kish Air Shows and exhibited a vast range of products ,
systems and services in the aviation and aerospace fields .These events
received a warm welcome from the traders and specialists .
We do hope that the Iran Kish Air Show 2008 will also provide a suitable
venue for participants and visitors to meet with their potential
counterparts to discuss of their interests and explore business
opportunities.

Flying Display
In addition to the aircrafts static display the flying display take place
every day during the exhibition.
The companies interested to take part in this part are required to inform
the exhibition secretariat on this regard no later than one month before
the beginning of the event.
Official Catalogue
The official catalogue of the exhibition will be exclusively published by
the organizer of the show .The catalogue entry information which shall not
exceed 300 characters will be provided by the exhibitor .
Participation Charges
Indoor space
Shell Scheme (min space 12 sqm. ): 220 US$ per sqm
Each 12 sqm. stand is equipped with surrounding partitions , carpeting ,
fascia with the company name , spotlights , one table ,
2 chairs , electricity outlet (5 amp / 220v single phase ), one waste
paper basket .
Raw Stand Space: 180 US$ per sqm.
The organizer may provide exhibitors with a bare surface (if requested by
the exhibitors) and in this case the exhibitors are required to build
their stands on their own expenses. The minimum space for allocation shall
be 30 sqm.
Outdoor space
Raw outdoor space: 90 US$ per sqm.
Temporary outdoor covered apace: 150 US$ per sqm.
The organizer will provide the exhibitor a temporary outdoor covered stand
. Each 20 sqm. of this kind of stand will Include floor carpet, 4chairs ,
one table , 5 lights (100w each) , one 5 amp/220v single phase socket ,
one waste paper basket and the fascia with the company name. the minimum
space for allocation shall be 20 sqm.
Terms of Payment
50% of the total charges should be paid before 10 July 2008 and the
remaining balance before 30 Sep. 2008.
The completed application from together with a copy of payment order for
participation in IRAN KISH AIR SHOW 2008 should be sent to the exhibition

Visa
No entry visa is required to Kish Island
Foreign nationals who enter the Kish Island directly from abroad need not
get a previous Visa. Those who intend to
enter the mainland of the Islamic Republic of Iran before or after
entering the Kish Island should apply for an
entry visa in due time.
