    According to the General Managment of Kish International Airport announcment, due to other Flights in Kish sky the landing time for the participants of the Exhibition who intend to have an Airshow is between 9 to 13.

Notice No.1

For the kind attention of exhibitors participating in the 5th

International Iran –Kish AirShow2010

We welcome you to the 5^th international Iran –Kish Air show, and draw your kind attention to the following points in order to ensure a timely inauguration of the exhibition:

 1- The exhibition pavilions will be delivered to exhibitors for layout and arrangement purposes three days before the opening all exhibitors will be required to complete their pavilion by noon Mon Nov.8 at the latest, So that the exhibition hall may be made ready for the trail inauguration.

 2- Those exhibitors, who wish to directly construct and decorate their own pavilion, are requested to introduce their designated contractor to the exhibition secretariat by Nov.6 in order to take delivery of the pavilion space. These exhibitors and /or their constrictors must ensure that all pavilion preparation works are completed by noon Monday Nov. 8, 2010. And all tools and equipment taken out, otherwise they shall be asked to stop the work.

 3- All exhibitors are required to ensure that their display products arrive in Kish Island four days before the exhibition starts.

The exhibitors themselves are responsible for the timely dispatch and delivery to the exhibition site of their products.

 5- As of Monday .Nov.8 , the exhibitor ID will be ready for delivery at the exhibition Secretariat located to the right of the Hall "A" entrance.

 6- The information Desk at Hall "A" will answer queries and provide information to exhibitors and visitors. To liaise with the exhibition officials, or to obtain further information, please contact Mrs. Karami at the said desk.

 7- Compliance with instruction and observance of public order by all exhibitors will be greatly appreciated.

 8- Exhibitors are required to wear their ID cards during the exhibition working hours.

 9- Should you have any questions before the inauguration date, please call the Air show Secretariat by Fax No. 0098 764 442 51 55.

SECRETARIAT NOTICE NO.2

FOR THE KIND ATTENTION OF EXHIBITORS

 We welcome your participation in the 5th International Iran Air show, and draw your kind attention to the following points:

 1- If you intent to present any type of aircraft, helicopter or other aerial equipment to be displayed at the air show section, please inform the Air show Secretariat in writing.

 2- In order to ensure necessary coordination, please send the aircraft specification, including type of engine(s), engine output, aircraft weight, and engine output and speed at take-off and landing, plus other technical data to the Technical Committee of the Air show.

 3-A detailed and clear plan of any flying display to be performed by the participating aircraft should also be sent to the Technical Committee.

 4- Please specify the type of the fuel used by the participating aircraft, helicopter or aerial machine, and the amount of fuel required for performing the aerial demonstration.

 5-Necessary literature on the specifications and capabilities of the participating aircraft in English should be sent to the Technical Committee (through the Secretariat).

 You are also kindly requested to introduce a fully powered representative, with sufficient information on all types of aircraft and flying machines, to attend the Technical Committee's briefing session. Your letter nominating the representative should include

 - His personal data, contact telephone number (and preferably a mobile phone number).
